This is an optional Vision Racing TLR 22X-4 Alternate Bellcrank Plate (5mm).
This bellcrank plate for the 22X-4 adds durability by being 5mm thick. Main purpose of this plate was to move the ballstud further out from the center post. This numbs the steering when you initiate steering input. This has been extremely good on carpet.
