This is the Kyosho Zeal 5mm Vibration Absorption Gyro/Receiver Mounting Gel (Green).
Z8006 Vibration Absorption Sheet Originally made for mounting helicopter gyros, this was found to be quite useful in mounting electronics in harsh environments such as 1/8 EP vehicles or anywhere where vibrations are a concern. Also excellent for camera mounting.
