This is an optional Hot Racing Traxxas TRX-4M Aluminum Servo Horn (Black) (25T).
Constructed from CNC machined aluminum this servo arm uses a durable black anodized finish matched with a 25T spline. Not only does this arm improve durability, steering feel and reduce flex over the stock arm it looks great with its chamfered edges and flowing design.
