This is a Team Losi Racing Aluminum Hex Differential Wrench.
The bent tip allows you to adjust the ball differential on the Team Losi 22 line of vehicles without having to remove the rear upper camber rod and pulling the driveshaft out of the way.
Great timesaver when you just need a quick diff adjustment.
